Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Precision Solutions Tech, operated by SG TECHNOLOGY LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles information when you use our website, developer APIs, automation workflows, and macOS apps (including Twinkeep).
You can also use this page as our privacy choices notice: we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Short version
- macOS apps such as Twinkeep are designed to process files on your Mac. Core features do not require uploading your media to our servers.
- APIs and workflows are built to be stateless where practical: request data is processed to fulfill the call and is not retained as a customer media library.
- This website may use standard hosting, analytics, or advertising tags as described below.
- We do not sell your personal information.

macOS apps (Twinkeep and similar)
Our Mac apps process content you choose on your device. For Twinkeep specifically, that may include:
- Paths and metadata of files in folders you select (name, size, dates, media type)
- Content fingerprints (hashes) computed locally to detect duplicates
- Thumbnails or previews generated locally for display
- Settings stored in local preferences
- Quarantine / File Rules records stored under your user Application Support folder
- Optional Stability monitor samples (approximate per-app CPU and memory, thermal state, timestamps) stored only on your Mac for a limited period while that monitor is running
- Paths and timestamps of local macOS DiagnosticReports that a Stability utility may list — read on-device, not uploaded by the app for that purpose
This processing stays on your device unless you independently copy, share, or sync files (for example via your own cloud storage).
Purchases and support
If you buy through the Mac App Store, Apple’s terms and privacy policy govern payment. If you buy through Gumroad, our website checkout, or another storefront, that storefront’s privacy policy governs payment card data (we do not receive your full card number). We may receive your name, email, purchase status, and support message content as needed to fulfill the purchase, deliver a license, or reply.
Analytics and ads in the apps
Current Twinkeep builds do not include third-party advertising SDKs and do not sell personal information. If that changes, we will update this policy before shipping the change.
Website
When you visit precisionsolutionstech.com, our hosts and tools may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, plus cookies or similar technologies used for security, preferences, or measurement. We may use advertising or analytics tags (for example Google tags) on the site; those providers process data under their own policies.
Developer APIs and automation workflows
API and workflow products are generally designed for privacy-first, short-lived processing: you send a request, we return a result, and we do not keep your payload as a long-term content archive. Marketplace partners (such as RapidAPI or Gumroad) and your own automation credentials are governed by those parties’ policies and your configuration. Server logs may briefly include technical metadata needed to operate and secure the service.
Your privacy choices
This section is our notice for “user privacy choices” / “do not sell or share” style requests (including California and similar laws, where they apply):
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in our Mac apps.
- For Twinkeep: only select folders you intend to scan; disable auto-quarantine if you prefer; restore or delete quarantined items; leave optional monitors off; uninstall the app to stop local processing.
- To request access, correction, or deletion of purchase/support records we hold, email support@precisionsolutionstech.com with enough detail for us to locate your request. We may need to verify your identity.
Children’s privacy
Our products are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).
Retention
Local app data remains on your Mac until you remove it or uninstall. Purchase and support records are retained as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and customer support. Website/server logs are retained for a limited operational period.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy for subsequent use.
